Re: Redi-Vivus.com - Reloaded
How long have you waited for the mail? Mine took a little longer today than yesterday. Big package today - my second try ongoing... Well, 15 minutes... but considering the near-instant results i got the other day... and the fact that a few minutes ago i was able to successfully get an email to an a...

Re: Redi-Vivus.com - Reloaded
I feel like i should ask this... because it has come up before and i don't remember seeing an answer regarding it. Is there something wrong with using bit-torrent? Perhaps you can't use bit-torrent on your server for some reason... but could I re-host this material via bit-torrent? Is there any rea...

Re: bhv export.?!
http://www.unwrap3d.com/u3d/index.aspx this app can import FBX/Collada files with bone/skinning + animation... and it can export .bvh files. the process isn't very clean, but if you work from a simple shadow rig it should be relatively painless. I was successfully able to move a skeleton into Messi...

Re: first ever "emContest" (with actual prizes)
So if i already own licenses for the "prizes", can i use them rather than the demo versions? And if i win, can i gift the prize to a friend?

i for one am really looking forward to it... i don't really care if its not as good as it should be. I'm a huge sci-fi fan and the only way we're going to get more good sci-fi is if we show our support for the decent ones that come around. this has been a good year for it with films like District 9,...

Re: How to make a sphere?

Re: How to make a sphere?
you know, i wrestled with something similar to this the other day.... it was blowing my mind. i needed to spawn instanced meshes at points equidistant from each other in a spherical form. so i created a ICE particle cloud that arrayed the points in such a manner, and then set instances to them. but ...

Re: And now for the BRILLIANT news...
any word on when the Redi-Virus training will be open for public download again? I was really looking forward to getting the rest of those Production tuts. (I know we're waiting for Companies to finish downloading them first... just figured i'd ask to see if that was actually happening.) also, i wou...
