I bought a spacenavigator a few years ago but it's just a decoration on a shelf... I guess if you had a spacepilot you could work without touching the keyboard or at least doing that rarely, but I couldn't get used to the navigator just like Hirazi.

You could try to export with point oven, and then import it back to 7.5. I'm almost sure there are no backward compatibility issues with that, but probably there are other solutions as well.

just plug the same physical sky shader into the lens shader stack, then play with the visibility distance parameter. This will disconnect the photographic exposure shader so you have to add it again to the lens shaders and as a last step you need to change the order of the physical sky and the expos...

You could use the picture from your first post to create a texture in photoshop or is it necessary to do it in xsi?

You could set the gradient type to horizontal, add a cylindrical texture projection, then set uv generation to implicit on the texture_projection_def ppg. Maybe you need to change the projection plane of the texture support. Probably there's another way of doing this. Hope this helps.
