Definitely never ever gonna touch Lightwave.

You might run into a lot of instabilities caused by operating system and hardware.

Best Joke is that they have even removed some Constraints in Maya LT. No 3rd party plugins. No python support. No references. Maya LT is just a joke, not even worth thinking about it a second. Did some stuff at home. Models are free from the web, did the Grooming and Rendering.
Software used was Yeti in Maya and Arnold for Rendering.

Well it's an Autodesk product.

It's bad enough that people have to switch, why would you want to take another product from AD (if not at least the industry leading standard).

He was. No one is working for Softimage anymore (even not under AD), except 2-3 trainees doing some bugfixes (proof me wrong ;) ).
