I would like to create an animation,
a flow of water that becomes a logo,
know tutorial?, compound?, plugins?,

Mr. Core included such a scene as a sample with his PhysX Fluid Simulation in Softimage ICE. Although this would seem specific to his plugin, it might be worth looking at...

wow, thank you, fantastic compound,
but ... I would like the logo, to be formed of water,
in the demo scene, I see that the water creates the logo in negative,
I have to create the whole logo,
water comes, it creates logo ...

I am not sure what you're trying to do exactly, but one simple trick is to create an object you want the liquid to fill as a collision object, thereby shaping it within its boundaries and then simply hiding this object from rendering...

Create an object in the shape you want the liquid to end up in, add some thickness, invert the normals (not sure), place your emitter inside this object. Hide object from rendering.
