Troubleshooting plugin causing a crash

I'm using the old Mod Tool 7.5 and managed to get a 7.5 SDK, enabled the examples and attempted to use the XSI user normals addon only for it to crash, instantly if changing multiple normals at once, will work a bit if doing it one at a time but will eventually crash the program.

I wanna know how exactly to create a crash log or something that can tell me what is going wrong with the plugin. I'm also curious if anyone out there can maybe package the .xsiaddon as I don't have the full version but maybe if I download 2015 I could just use it for that.
