problem with Send To from softimage to Max

when i send a thing from SI to max i get this warning :

but i havent problem with max when i send frome max to SI

Send to 3ds max only sends particle clouds controlled by ICE trees. For anything else, you need to export and import manually using Crosswalk or FBX.
