camera info from the set to softimage

Hello all,

I have to do a hand track in soft. i got to track a new label to a black bottle with no tracking markers.

any how the problem is i am not sure what to do with the camera information.

here are the settings i got

camera :red MX 500 in5f
lens c.floor: 200/24

lens 5:1 180

i added an image of the info.

any tut or explanation on how to use this info in soft?
