Lagoa topology attribute to re-build the mesh ?

Hi all,
I found this video on vimeo http://vimeo.com/16995464
A simple custom operator is reading Lagoa topology attribute to re-build the mesh.

I believe this would be great if applied to Lagos Elastic structures with multiple layers for destruction...where each new generated cluster is meshed as a polygon.
Would it be possible to do such a thing?

Any idea if where some one could find such an operator or plugin/addon like the one used in the video by Guillaume Laforge?
