Em_Fluid trouble. Need help

Hello all. Trying to use Em_fluid. And here is the first problem:
If the speed of Velocity force (geometry or SRT) is greater than some value, particles start moving with discrete steps. Maybe this is some interpolation problem. Any ideas how to manage this, not decreasing the speed of velocity force?

increasing the framerate helps.

Yes, it helps, but it is not the best solution, I guess. Because a lot of other animation done with the current frame rate. Plotting e.t.c is a lot of time.

Surface proliferation does the trick.
