Polygonizer to well defined Mesh?

Post by Bullit » 03 Apr 2014, 03:12

In short i want to make a mesh transition from polygonizer mesh, which means a so so quality to a final well defined mesh.

They obviously will not have the same number points, ID's etc. Is this possible to be achieved with current tools?

I think you can animate polygon reductions no?

I know you want to scale UP, but what if you did one or two (steps) Local Subdiv Refinement,
and then apply a Poly Reduction starting at 30% gradually moving UP to 100% ?

Of course if that's what you were looking for..

Will not work i think, the mesh came from polygonizer so i can't use the end mesh as a reference for the initial mesh.

What about shrinkwrapping the polygonized mesh into the well defined one?
