3D-Coat to Softimage screencast

Post by dbachmann » 09 Jun 2009, 19:02

Hi,
I just want to show you how easy it is to export your painted 3D-Coat model to Softimage.

I did not spend a lot of time on an artsy model or texture, it is a simple voxel model with a
pixelpainted diffuse texture (no displacement map or specular stuff here...).

I also have not retopologized the model, you see some mess in the eyesockets, but hey,
you can do much better yourself \:D/

Here you go for the screencast:

I hope you enjoy it. Get 3D-Coat, you will like it a lot!

If you're already planning to upgrade anyway, I would rather do it sooner than later as the website mentions ominously that the current pricing is only valid until 15th of July... ;)
Stay safe, sane & healthy!
