I like both versions in your last post...
The gradient background works nicely too.
Maybe you could you try placing the bronze version of the watch against the black/white gradient background also?
Not really sure, if that could be an improvement, but maybe its worth a shot...

I re-rendered it last night with much higher quality settings to get rid of some of the blotchy areas in the shadows and banding in the backdrop. There will always be some in a 8bit jpg like this but the image for print is 16bit and print nice and smooth with the right print process.
I need to send a preview in to the client so this will be it for the moment but I'll keep trying different things for fun

Both are good. The silver is classic while the new black/gold one is fresh. I still like the blue one the most.. but as said, both are good.
