Ch. Animators- Istanbul TR ( and nearby locations, country)

I am trying to contact Softimage users ( or "another" software users willing to move from their software.. *Evil smile* - *Evil stare * 
), specifically Character animators that reside on Istanbul -Turkey., nearby countries, willing to relocate to, or remote work.
Long story short: I will need a group of people ( 5 and probably more ) with different set of talents, skills, experience levels ,( Character, Prop modeling, render , lighting, animation, tracking, etc ) for a stable position on a company that will focus on Animation and later on VFX, etc.
I won't post this like "Available Job", because the project still is on negotiation stages, and so the infrastructure available will change accordingly.
