Normal map doesn't work with wrap UV

I don't know what is missing, but the normal map doesn't work with wrapUV as in image show :

Could be the texture repeats settings in the normal map properties

Tested this, same issue (Softimage 2013), the only quick solution I could find is to set the texture repeats on the XSINormalMap shader node instead of using the uv space warp.
