Essentials:
Main changes:
- Ambient occlusion with checking transparency is working again within XSI.
- Color switcher reads the framebuffers right.

Volumes:
Although the main volume shader was integrated into XSI, there are
still benefits from the package like the mesh distance or 3D image
shader.
Main changes:
- .icecache loader
- pre-generated textures for the 3D image shader.
