Cubic Mapping à la Mootzoid

Post by Mootzoid » 05 Jun 2009, 09:30

Hi everybody!

If anybody is looking for a really good cubic texture mapping method, then here is what you need: emCubicMapping.
It is a simple preset for the Render Tree and it works really nicely and produces very good results with no visible seams.

Here's the link of the emCubicMapping page where you can download the preset and check some animations and the step-by-step tutorial:
go to emCubicMapping web page

Thanks guys, glad you like it!

In fact, this is a pretty old preset, but it still does the job. And I just wanted to post something in this brand new Softimage forum... ;)
