I've learned softimage shaders per utility/project basis and I'm lacking some basics stuff...
How to tell for example the architectural shader to use only Environement Only reflection ?
I understand i should use a combination with the reflection shader but... I can't get a functionnal working tree.

hi..!
hmm...a good question...I just found a quick workaround for that. Go to the optimization tab and go down to "reflection". Switch on the "reflection-falloff" and give it a very small size like 0.001 or something. Now you should only see the environment refections on your object...hope this helps..
