resizing images

Just a quick announcement, because I'm in a hurry...
There are two changes to the si-community concerning image size & resizing:
Image attachments that exceed a certain filesize are now automatically resized. To view the full-size version, click the picture. This might need some adjusting of the settings to get it just right, so for now consider it a "beta" feature...
External images can now be resized using the [rimg=] tag. The number after the "=" sign signifies the new width of the image. Height is adjusted proportionally. So usage is
