Default Rig Chain Bend

I have to do a quick pose, the default Softimage rig is giving me some issues; the skeleton is not the same as the rig setup in the arm, the image should speak for its self.

Looks like you are converting a guide to a rig.
Check the up vector on the IK chain.
Ctrl+r on any arm bone will open the IK props.
