Anyways added and polished this a bunch... Of course there is a huge amount of stuff to tackle still.
It is a neatly packed .xsiaddon now, and its got a little menu button to create the basic ICE tree... I think other menus should be added for the most common Modifiers.

* Instancer Root (for separating diferent point generations);
* Linear, Grid, Radial Arrays;
* Modifiers and Modulators:
*Linear Stepper
*Harmonic Stepper

*Random

Known limitations:
*Look is not kept when switching between Step and End Point mode if Control Objects are used;
*Rotations are unwantedly flipping.

To-Do list:
*Control Objects should be created automagically;
*Geometry and Curve generation should follow;
