it's out now as public preview. I haved looked at the movies and I must say it looks interesting …

Yeah ... that makes Maya the most powerful system for simulations right now.

And I would say your comment is based on some previews you saw.

Try it first before you hype it ;)

If it works like in the preview videos, it actually would be extremly awesome.
(but the most powerful simulation system would still be Houdinin :D )

Afraid this quote may be true. The fact that Houdini wants to plug into Maya, what more needs to be said.

Logical step somehow.
If you want to sell more licenses you need to make your product fit the main pipelines.

But this also means that the demand for Houdini TD's will grow quite a lot.
