Who is the stupid Autodicks responsible that puts special characters like ' in a name of internet url?!

I don't get it too, I alway edit my layout and change nbscreen="2" to nbscreen="1" that's doing the trick
and xsi start on my first screen even if i have 3 monitors so what's that feature huhhh ?
