Vitaly Bulgarov Live & Uncut: Designing for Films, Games & Real-World Robotics
Re: Vitaly Bulgarov Live & Uncut: Designing for Films, Games & Real-World Robotics
He's my new favorite SDS modeler! Love his mindset.

Yes, his attitude towards work and accomplishment is definitely one of a winner. Also, notice the non-BS clear think and by contrast, the pervasive sheep-think "software doesn't matter, it's the artist" the other guy has espoused. This kind of relativism is not at all surprising considering the other forms of the ever increasing relativism encroaching the western culture. The fact that the guy's coming from an Eastern European country (Rep of Moldova, which is actually a territory of my native country - no nationalist motivation behind this mentioning, just a FYI) and has no issue about expressing that sentiment of objective value, is of no coincidence.
The society that separates its scholars from its warriors will have its thinking done by cowards and its fighting done by fools.

Though not so much about < Not letting ourselves get "distracted" by social causes/situations. >
( as opposed to by facebook wile working )
As typically smart people capable of bearing copious amounts of stress in our feild,
we should dedicate some of that to figuring out what the heck is happening and why.
(and not have everything be just about we, ourselves, and us)
