Hey these compounds are great (i'm planning to use the cap one tommorow - will save a lot of time
) but can anybody point to some good tutorials that go over the basics of ICE modeling? I'm very new to this but want really to get into this: i want to do things like make a greeble compound and generate procedural buildings (things like this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-d2-PtK4 ... r_embedded - but in ICE obviously)

Well there is this one:
ICE Modeling - Building topologies procedurally
at the Softimage Youtube Channel
I haven't had time to watch it yet, so I can't tell you anything more... ;)
Stay safe, sane & healthy!

Ah thanks Hirazi, i've only flipped throug them a bit but it seems to be in the right direction: building a building procedurally is the first step to building whole cities procedurally ;)
It does look that i'll end up with massively complex ICE trees in the end - i've already dusted of my "math for programmers" course books to help me through
