ICE can do it too. Steve's scene objects list was a good starting point to try to get hidden attributes, like I was doing earlier with accessing FxTree nodes. You can set viewport transformations also. I don't know how useful it can be, but here it is:

It's very cool you found this... It going to take some experimentation, but I bet this can prove useful.
