Update to phpBB 3.2.1

I switched the background image of the bright theme. Needed something brighter.

Any objections? 👨‍🎓 Will change the darker theme too once I figure out how to place it with the robot head in the middle.

btw I've added emojis to the "view more smilies" popup in the compose messgage page in case someone likes to use them 🎰🤓

"View more smilies" popup doesn't seem to work all the time just yet...
Could be a browser-problem though (I'm using Vivaldi)...

I've seen this happening too. I think it's when another popup is already open somewhere in the background. I'll log a bug on the phpbb website, the background one should come to front.

Some of the emojis might be missing btw, depending on OS. They originally used a CDN (twitter emojis) which I removed in favor of the built-in smilies that come with the OS. These usually doesn't have all, like Windows 10 doesn't have country flags.

more weird than wonderful, if you pick the male or female version instead of just the "person", windows gives you a gender sign next to it sometimes 🙋‍♀

The forum has yet again been updated because the php version got out dated (7.4. now 8.2).

Along with the forum update (phpbb 3.2.8 to 3.3.10), I added a some of Shekn's plugins to the resource page

Oh and switched the logged in/logged out theme just for a change
