Green Vertice on rig in viewport - error?

Post by Draise » 02 Jan 2016, 20:48

I have been animating some characters for a short little music video (well 6 minutes is short no? :-? )

I have had SI 2015 SP2 crash a couple of times while with the shape manager open. The resulting scene that was saved previously, post the crash, now has these... green points on every vertice of the animated rig, making it a bit cluttersome in the viewport to animate. How do you turn these green points off again? I can't seem to find the visibility for said vertices anywhere.

Maybe turning off "affected points" in shape manager would be your best bet. it is located under view>affected points.

Ehm.. couldn't fix it. I found the options you were talking about, and others.. but couldn't really get rid of it. I guess something got corrupt.

I cannot remember how to clear that. I think there is either a special cluster that needs to be deleted, or a parameter on the cluster. Opening the shape manager to see those affected points, and then closing properly would probably fix it

Hmm.. that might work. They are referenced rigs afterall. I'll give that a try when I return to that scene. Thanks Luceric.

Just to confirm, turning off the Cluster in the Delta of the referenced model, then offloading then reloading does fixt he odd green vertices.

Thanks guys. Saved my animatic making days.
