Softimage - Tagging a Rig from Mixamo

Hello. I have a problem tagging a Gear rig to a mixamo .bvh animation file
I´ve followed the vimeo tutorial on how to tag rigs using Gear.
But I don´t know what extra step I´m missing to make it work. Here´s the video and the errors.
If anyone could lend me a hand on this, I´d be greatful.
