Description
Apply a smooth (a median blur) to a weightmap. It works only on a weightmap applied to a PolygonMesh.
How to apply
To apply the operator on an existing weightmap, select the weightmap then choose "lm Smooth Map" from the lmWeightMapTools menu.
lmSmoothMap Operator Parameters
- Enable
Main enable parameter. If not checked the operator is desactivated. - Mode
Hold: Allways keep the current value.
Read From Input: This is a "Live" mode, the weightmap is fully recomputed every time.
Read From Input - Caching: in this is mode the weightmap animation . It allows a real-time playback of a heavy weightmap animation.
You have to set the StartFrame and the EndFrame parameters that appear when this mode is chosen. If you want to clean the cache, just hit the CleanCache button. - Smooth
Radius: it is the radius of the blur, this represents the number of consecutive neighbors. High values can be really heavy to compute.
Repetitivity: is the number of times the smooth is applied.
- Post-Process
Post-Process:
None: nothing...
Clamp: Clamp weight values between the Min and Max values.
Change Range: change the range value to the specified range.
Min, Max: Min and Max values of the Clamp and Change Range modes.
