Camera converter v2.2
Crossplatform camera converter (Xsi - Maya - Max)

Developed & tested under Xsi 4.0, Maya 5.0 & Max 6.0

The Xsi version uses File System Object to read and write files, while the Maya and Max version use their own scripting methods.

This set of scripts can simplify the task of converting camera animation curves between Xsi / Maya / Max (it currently supports animated position / rotation / FOV / camera ratio / camera aperture / camera focal length).

About the maya version
a - copy the 2 files in the maya scripts folder
b - in the maya UI command line, type the name of the script you want to run, a popup will open.

In the example, I started working in xsi, with a simple scene made of:

- 3 cubes positioned at the edges of the viewport
- 1 animated camera
	(pal, 720 x 576, pixelratio 1.067, picture ratio 1.333, fov animated).

Using Deep Exploration I converted the geometry to .3ds and .mb formats and loaded everything (geometry and camera animation) in Max 6 and Maya 6.
